Welcome to the new Leeds CAMRA website.

Whilst pubs are in Lockdown, Leeds breweries are continuing to produce beer and some are implementing changes which will push their business   to another level.

Mark Costello of Horsforth Brewery announced in October that he was ready to move into the larger unit that had been in the planning. He is now in and the new 5BBL kit installed, first brew of Horsforth Pale on sale soon. A Taproom is being prepared for opening when allowed.

Amity Brew Co  came onto the beer scene in June and now have got work started on renovating their premises at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley. They hope to their Taproom and Brewery open by Christmas.

Expansion and increased output is what North Brewing Co plan for  2021. They will move into a 21,000 sq ft unit and increase production to 2.8 million pints per year.

Northern Monk Brewery in  collaboration with the Cumbrian brewery Hesket Newmarket  will have a beer called Scafell on the shelves of Tesco. This joint venture will provide help for Hesket Newmarket following a difficult trading year.

Brew York have announced their news of opening a new bar in Leeds which will be on New Briggate. It will have numerous taps dispensing their core beers and guest brewery ales 

Leeds CAMRA have been involved with an organisation called Compass Live Art and in March 2021 there is planned a Compass Festival to celebrate the Public House.  This will coincide with CAMRA's 50th Anniversary.
