Prepare barley first. If you can't buy it, you can buy it online.
The malting process: selecting wheat, washing, soaking, germinating, drying, removing roots.
Wheat selection: removal of impurities, etc.
Wash wheat: wash it clean.
Soaking wheat: soaking 6 times 10 - soaking 2 passes 6 - sprouting (add some baking soda when washing wheat)
Germination: 4 days
Dry: 25 hours
